That's not a seam line! Make a lining bodice that closes behind (use a standard lining taille for this, e.g. s1908_3.gif) and put the bibs, made of tulle and lace, onto it. Drape on the side parts, then the embroidered main parts which cross in front and back. The sleeves have a slit which is bound with silk and filled with a small puff of lace. The cuff, which has a silk edge, also has some embroidery on it. Same goes for the quare with bells on at the end of the sash. Pleated silk belt with buttons, curving upwards in back.
